TCT cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of E-mail when mail-servers are out of action or in cases where an incorrect E-mail address has been supplied by a subscriber.
In cases where a service has been canceled :-
Refunds for Top Class Tip service will be given on the bases of the original payment minus £0.25p per day for every day of Top Class Tip service that was provided. (i.e. if you pay £6.25 for one month of Top Class Tip service and cancel after 10 days you will receive a £3.75 refund by return of post)
Refunds for Gold Class Tip service will be given on the bases of the original payment minus £0.30p per day for every day of Gold Class Tip service that was provided. (i.e. if you pay £7.50 for one month of Gold Class Tip service and cancel after 10 days you will receive a £4.50 refund by return of post)
Refunds will only be given by cheque for which a full postal address is needed. (i.e. if you cancel a service without giving a postal address we cannot send you a refund)
TCT reserves the right to cancel any account immediately without notice in cases where a subscriber is found to have been abusing the service and cannot be held responsible for the way its subscribers choose to use the information provided.
